What do I get when I buy a digital art file?

You'll receive a high-resolution digital file sent directly to your email after purchase. No physical item is shipped — you can print it yourself or use a local print service.

How do I download my digital file?

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also find it in your order confirmation page.

Can I return a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take for physical products (posters, hoodies, tees)?

Physical products are printed on demand and typically take 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. UK orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

What sizes are available for apparel?

Sizes vary by product — please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go into production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can't guarantee changes once production has started.
